For me the most important points in teaching are effective communication skills, passion and enthusiasm for learning, empathy and patience and adaptability and creativity. In my lesson I always try to understand my students, how they are feeling, their way of thinking and understanding. I encourage students to believe in themselves no matter what and always be brave and proud of themselves.
